Memory Supplements With a 365-Day Guarantee: What to Check Before You Trust the Promise

A full year to change your mind can be genuinely useful. Here is how to read the terms behind it, how a ClickBank refund request works, and what to keep from the day you order.

Quick answer

A 365-day guarantee is only as useful as its terms. Before you order, check who pays return shipping, whether opened or empty bottles qualify, whether anything bills automatically, and whether any fee is deducted. For ClickBank orders, refunds are requested at clkbank.com. Keep your order email and order number. If you want to try one, two formulas sold with a 365-day guarantee are compared below.

You may have been here before: a bottle that promised a lot, a refund that sounded simple, and a box that went out with the recycling before you thought to keep it.

So when a memory supplement offers a full year to ask for your money back, the sensible reaction is a question: what, exactly, does that promise cover? The answer is written down, across a sales page, a policy page and a checkout page. Here is where to look, what to ask, and what to keep.

Further down, we look at two formulas sold with a 365-day guarantee: Pineal Guardian X and NeuroPrime — each with a money-back guarantee.

What Does A Money-Back Guarantee Actually Promise?

A guarantee is a refund term. It is not evidence that a supplement works. The FDA does not review supplements for effectiveness before they are sold, and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements notes that supplements do not need FDA approval. What a guarantee can give you is time.

Both formulas in this guide are sold with ClickBank as the retailer, so two sets of terms apply: ClickBank’s and the seller’s. ClickBank’s return policy says it will, at its discretion, allow the return or replacement of any product within 60 days of purchase. It lets sellers offer longer return policies, and asks customers to read the seller’s policy before buying.

What Should You Check Before You Order?

The Federal Trade Commission’s advice on subscription offers starts in the same place: find the terms and conditions, and know exactly what you are agreeing to. For a guarantee, four details decide how much of your money comes back.

1. Who pays to send it back

Look for “less shipping and handling”, or for who is “responsible for the shipping costs” of a return. Either changes the amount you get back.

2. Whether opened or empty bottles count

A memory supplement is judged over weeks. Several bacopa trials described in a StatPearls review ran for 12 weeks, so by the time you decide, the bottle is usually open. Look for phrases such as “even empty bottles”, “what you haven’t used” or “unused and unopened”. Read them on the day you order, and save a screenshot.

3. Whether anything bills you automatically

The FTC advises reading all the details to see whether a business will keep charging you unless you tell it to stop — and, if that is not clear, to assume it will. It also advises watching for pre-checked boxes at checkout. Optional extras, such as shipping protection, can appear there too.

4. Whether a fee is deducted

A restocking fee would be a deduction for handling a returned order. Search the policy page for “restocking” and “fee”, and ask whether anything besides shipping would come off a refund.

Whatever the terms say, save a copy on the day you order. The FTC advises keeping letters, notes and emails, because they can help prove you are entitled to a refund.

What Do The Terms Say For Two 365-Day Formulas?

Two formulas on this site advertise a 365-day guarantee. Here is what each one’s sales page and ClickBank order page said on 13 September 2026. Terms can change, so read them again on the day you order.

Pineal Guardian X

Pineal Guardian X is a liquid dropper supplement from Nutraville, sold with ClickBank as the retailer.

NeuroPrime

NeuroPrime is a liquid dropper supplement taken one drop a day, sold with ClickBank as the retailer.

What is inside each bottle is covered in the full reviews of Pineal Guardian X and NeuroPrime.

What If The Guarantee Is 180 Days?

The four terms above apply in exactly the same way. Not every memory formula on this site is sold with 365 days: Neuro Serge and Brain C-13 each come with a 180-day money-back guarantee, and both are sold with ClickBank as the retailer.

Is six months long enough to judge a memory supplement?

Put the numbers side by side. Memory supplements are judged over weeks, not days. Several bacopa trials described in the StatPearls review ran for 12 weeks, which is 84 days. A 180-day window holds those 12 weeks and leaves about three months to spare.

Two details make the spare time shorter than it looks. The bottle arrives some days after you order, so you start later than the clock does. And the request itself takes time, especially if a bottle has to go back by post.

Count from the right date

A 180-day term and a 365-day term are both refund windows. What decides whether you can use one is the same: the four terms above, and the date you started.

How Do You Ask For A Refund Through ClickBank?

Follow the steps ClickBank’s support page sets out, below. The purchase appears on your statement as “CLKBANK*”.

  1. Go to clkbank.com.
  2. Enter your order information. Without the order number, you can use your zip code and the last four digits of the card you paid with.
  3. Click Look Up My Order.
  4. Select the order, click Request A Refund, and choose Request a Refund as the ticket type.
  5. Pick a reason from the Support Topic menu, then click Send.

ClickBank notes that most products have a refund period of sixty days, and that the refund option is not displayed once it has passed. In that case, contact the seller directly, using the email or phone number in the Seller Information section of your order. ClickBank’s policy also allows a seller to request a return on a customer’s behalf for up to 365 days after purchase.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If that account has been closed, the policy says returns cannot be issued for one-time purchases — worth remembering before you replace the card you paid with.

What Should You Keep From The Day You Order?

A guarantee checklist in three parts. Before you order: who pays return shipping, whether opened or empty bottles count, whether anything bills automatically, and whether any fee is deducted — then save a copy of the terms. Keep: the order confirmation email and order number, the CLKBANK line on your statement, screenshots of the terms, any messages with the seller and notes of calls, and the postage receipt and tracking number for any return. To ask for a refund: look up your order at clkbank.com, choose Request A Refund, pick a reason and send; if the option is gone, contact the seller from the Seller Information section.
Print it or screenshot it on the day you order. Based on ClickBank Support and FTC consumer advice, read on 13 September 2026.

Which Two Ingredients Should You Mention Before The First Drop?

Mention ginkgo and bacopa, which both formulas above name among their ingredients. A refund returns your money; it cannot undo an interaction.

Either is worth raising with your doctor or pharmacist. Our checklist for people on several medicines walks through that conversation. Never stop or change a prescription to make room for a supplement.

When Should You See A Doctor?

See a doctor when memory changes go beyond some forgetfulness, which is a normal part of aging. The National Institute on Aging advises talking with a doctor about noticeable changes in memory, and lists signs such as asking the same questions over and over or getting lost in places you know well. It also lists medication side effects and sleep problems among possible causes. No guarantee replaces that appointment.

Frequently asked

Does a money-back guarantee mean a supplement works?

No. A guarantee is a refund term, not evidence. The FDA does not review dietary supplements for effectiveness before they are sold. What a long guarantee gives you is time to try a product and still ask for your money back, as long as you follow its terms.

How do I get a refund from ClickBank?

Go to clkbank.com, look up your order with the order number (or your zip code and the last four digits of the card you used), choose Request A Refund, pick a reason and send it. If the refund option is no longer shown, ClickBank says to contact the seller, using the email or phone number in the Seller Information section of your order.

How long does it take to get a refund from ClickBank?

The two ClickBank support pages we read do not give a set number of days. They say an approved refund goes back to the payment method used for the purchase. If an approved return never reaches your credit card account, the FTC explains you can dispute it with the card issuer in writing, within 60 days after the first bill showing the error was sent.

Do I have to send the bottle back to get my money back?

Follow the return instructions that come with your order and on the seller’s pages, send the bottle as they describe, and keep the postage receipt and tracking number until the refund arrives.

Can I cancel a supplement subscription bought through ClickBank?

Yes. ClickBank’s policy says a customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future payments, but it does not by itself refund anything already charged.

How long should I try a memory supplement before asking for a refund?

Long enough to give it a fair trial, and early enough to act before the guarantee ends. Several bacopa trials ran for 12 weeks, which is 84 days. On a 180-day money-back guarantee, that leaves about three months for the request and any return. Check the day the terms count from, and set a reminder a few weeks before the window closes.
