About The Supplement Hub
We read supplement labels closely so you can decide with the same information the maker already has.

What this site is
The Supplement Hub publishes independent reviews of dietary supplements sold direct to consumers. Every review answers three questions about one product: which ingredients and amounts the label discloses, which ones it leaves out, and how the formula fits alongside the medications and supplements someone is already taking.
That last question is the one most review sites skip. It is also the one readers ask most often, and the one that decides whether a supplement is a reasonable thing to try or a conversation to have with a prescriber first.
What we cover
We cover supplement formulas sold direct to consumers, one health category at a time. A category opens only when we can do it properly, and it stays open — we would rather cover one category well than fifteen thinly.
The categories currently open are listed in the menu at the top of every page. New ones are added as the reading behind them is done, not as fast as they can be launched.
What we do not do
- We do not score products. No stars, no ratings out of ten, no "winner". A number compresses a decision that depends entirely on who you are and what else you take. Our reasoning is in how we review.
- We do not tell you a supplement will fix anything. Nothing on this site is a treatment, and nothing here prevents a disease.
- We do not publish before-and-after claims we cannot support, and we do not use invented testimonials or stock-photo customers.
- We do not hide how we make money. See our disclosure.
Who writes it
Reviews are written by Chris Andrade and checked by the editorial team against the standards published in our editorial policy before they go live. Nobody on this site holds a medical or dietetic credential, and we do not claim one. What we do is read labels, read published research, and report both plainly.
If a page needs clinical judgement rather than label reading, we say so and point you to a clinician instead of guessing.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, we want to fix it. Labels get reformulated, prices change, and studies get retracted. Tell us what is wrong and where you saw it, and we will check it against the source and update the page with a new date.
