Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do not, and what you can do about it.

The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run a newsletter, and we do not sell personal data. What we collect is aggregate traffic measurement and the fact that a link was clicked.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages are read. It records things like approximate location by country or region, device type, browser, referring site, and which pages were visited. It is configured to measure traffic, not to identify you.
- Outbound clicks. When you use a purchase link, we record that a link for that product was clicked. We record the product, not you.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs, including IP address, for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, no passwords, no profiles.
- No health information. We never ask what you take or what you have been diagnosed with.
- No payment details. Every purchase happens on the maker's own site, never here.
- No sale of personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting pixels.
You can switch analytics off at any time in Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in this browser, and while analytics is off, Google Analytics does not load and its cookies are removed.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's official opt-out add-on. The site works normally either way — nothing here requires a cookie.
Affiliate links and third parties
Purchase links pass through our own /go/ address and then to the supplement maker's site. Once you arrive there, you are on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. The affiliate network may set a cookie to attribute the sale. We never see your name, your address, or your payment details.
Third parties involved: Google Analytics (measurement), the affiliate networks used by each maker, and our hosting provider (delivery and logs).
Your choices
- Switch analytics off in Cookie settings.
- Block cookies or use a browser that blocks trackers by default.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal — analytics then stays off unless you switch it on in Cookie settings.
- Ask what we hold about you. Because we do not run accounts, the honest answer is almost always "nothing that identifies you".
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
